Your Impact The Environmental Services Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout the facility. This role supports daily operations by ensuring production areas, offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common spaces meet company cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards. What You'll Do Clean and sanitize all facility areas, including production floors, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, hallways, conference rooms, and common areas. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, breakroom, and cafeteria areas, including tables, countertops, sinks, appliances, and floors. Restock and monitor supplies, including soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, hand sanitizer, and other facility essentials. Empty trash and recycling receptacles throughout the facility and ensure proper disposal of waste materials. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform routine floor care to maintain a safe and presentable environment. Clean windows, doors, walls, and other surfaces as needed. Report maintenance, safety, or sanitation concerns to management promptly. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. Assist with special cleaning projects and facility support tasks as assigned. Maintain inventory of cleaning products and notify management when supplies need replenishment. What You Bring Previous cleaning, custodial, environmental services, or facilities experience preferred. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and workplace safety. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform frequent bending, standing, walking, and reaching. Dependable attendance and positive work ethic. Work Environment This position operates in a manufacturing environment and requires regular movement throughout the facility, including production areas, offices, restrooms, and employee common areas. Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required as needed. Work Schedule This position offers a flexible work schedule designed to accommodate Sunlight's core business hours and manufacturing operations. Scheduled hours will be determined based on facility needs and may vary to support sanitation and facility maintenance requirements. Occasional overtime, early morning, evening, or weekend hours may be required to support operational demands.
