Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Janitorial Supervisor to lead and manage cleaning operations across our facilities. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily custodial activities, ensure high standards of sanitation and safety, and motivate a team of cleaning staff to deliver exceptional service. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across multiple areas, including industrial, commercial, hospitality, or healthcare settings Lead, train, and motivate janitorial staff to ensure adherence to cleaning protocols and safety regulations Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to optimize team productivity Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness standards, sanitation levels, and compliance with health and safety guidelines Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and proper maintenance Enforce safety procedures related to chemical handling, equipment use, and workplace safety regulations Collaborate with management to improve cleaning processes, implement new procedures, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will oversee a route of several locations! Requirements Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles with a strong background in industrial or commercial cleaning environments Supervisory experience leading teams in cleaning or hospitality settings Knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage team performance effectively Strong communication skills for managerial interactions and customer service excellence Ability to oversee multiple sites or areas while maintaining attention to detail Experience with laundry services or hotel housekeeping management is a plus Familiarity with health and safety protocols related to custodial operations Join us as a Janitorial Supervisor and play a vital role in creating pristine environments that promote health, safety, and comfort.
