Carolinas Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part Time Custodian in

Southport, NC Schedule:

Monday - Friday (19 hours weekly). 3 - 4 hour shifts.

Pay:

$15.00 houry

Key Responsibilities:

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and/or polish floors in all facility areas Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and fixtures Restock soap, paper products, and other restroom supplies Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the building Clean windows, doors, and interior glass surfaces Sanitize high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, handrails, and counters Dust furniture, ledges, vents, and other surfaces Maintain cleanliness in kitchen or breakroom areas Monitor and report inventory needs for cleaning supplies Facilities and Event Support (As Needed): Assist with setting up tables, chairs, and equipment for programs or special events Break down and store materials following events Help ensure clear walkways and safe gathering spaces for participants Report any safety concerns or maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly

Qualifications:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, standing, and walking for extended periods Strong time management and reliability Able to work independently and follow routine cleaning schedules Friendly and respectful demeanor when interacting with staff, volunteers, and program participants
