Role:

Veritas Environmental Services LLC is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Environmental Services Housekeeper to join our team in Winston Salem, NC! This is a great opportunity to make a real difference by maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for those we serve. If you take pride in your work and enjoy a structured daytime schedule (8am-3pm), we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Perform daily housekeeping and sanitation duties across assigned areas Clean and disinfect restrooms, common areas, floors, and surfaces following established protocols Properly handle and dispose of waste, including biohazardous materials, in compliance with safety guidelines Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and other consumables as needed Operate cleaning equipment including mops, vacuums, and floor buffers Follow infection control and environmental services standards to ensure a safe environment Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly

Requirements:

Prior housekeeping, janitorial, or environmental services experience preferred Ability to follow cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and sanitation standards Reliable, punctual, and able to consistently work the 8am-3pm shift Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the shift Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team Must be able to pass a background check if required
