Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or Equivalent Training/Experience Demonstrated aptitude or competence in mechanical repairs, cleaning, and other maintenance/custodial tasks. Satisfactory health status as certified by a physician. Required Criminal History Background Check and proof of U.S. Citizenship. Acceptable references. Wage or Salary Information Non-Certified Staff (Custodian): Hourly $ 22.00 Benefits Information Enrollment in DCRP (Defined Contribution Retirement Program) through NJ Department of Pensions and Benefits Twelve Paid Sick days, Two Personal Days, and Five Death-in-Family days given annually. Eligibility for enrollment in 403b Tax Shelter Annuity Plans.

MetLife/Brighthouse, Equitable, or Lincoln Investment Planning, and National Life Group. Eligibility for enrollment in Disability, Life, Accident, Cancer, Critical Illness, Hospital Confinement Plans with Colonial Life Insurance. Eligibility for enrollment in Disability Insurance with AFLAC. Extra Compensation Programs Overtime for Snow Removal or Ground Clean-up, or filling in as needed
