This role involves routine maintenance of general office spaces, restroom/public facilities, trash removal, floor care and surface cleaning. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute to creating safe, welcoming, and professional spaces for clients and staff alike. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties across commercial spaces, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces. Manage the proper handling and application of floor cleaning chemicals and other chemical agents in accordance with safety protocols. Conduct manual handling tasks involving moderate lifting of equipment or supplies (approx. 20lbs) while adhering to ergonomic standards. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, lobbies, common spaces, and other designated areas with attention to detail. Support janitorial operations by replenishing supplies, disposing of waste responsibly, and ensuring environmental services standards are met. Follow all health and safety guidelines related to chemical use, equipment operation, and manual handling procedures. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests or concerns regarding cleanliness standards. Experience Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Experience handling cleaning chemicals safely while understanding environmental services best practices. Ability to perform physical tasks involving manual handling and moderate lifting comfortably. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness in a professional environment. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
