Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across different areas. Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, scrubbers, and vacuums to ensure optimal cleanliness. Handle chemical agents safely by following proper chemical handling safety procedures and sanitation standards. Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling tasks to move furniture, supplies, or equipment while practicing safe lifting practices. Have to drive to the location's for the cleaning service's Maintain facilities by performing routine custodial tasks such as restocking supplies and reporting maintenance needs. Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude. This is a bi-weekly pay job every two week's you will start with a 20% the percent will keep going up every year . Qualifications Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred; familiarity with commercial or industrial cleaning is a plus. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, and sanitation procedures. Experience handling cleaning chemicals safely and understanding chemical agent handling protocols. Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while adhering to safe lifting practices. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Good communication skills for effective customer service and teamwork. Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
