Full Job Description About Us:

We are a fast-growing, top-rated local residential cleaning company in Rio Rancho. We are expanding quickly because we deliver exceptional, five-star routine, deep cleaning and move-out cleans to our community. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take serious pride in their work to join our team. You do not need professional cleaning experience. We will train you on our exact deep-cleaning, move-out and routine cleaning methods. We care far more that you are dependable, have a positive attitude, and have a sharp eye for detail

What You Will Do:

Perform detailed residential cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation) to our strict five-star standards. Clean kitchens and bathrooms thoroughly, including scrubbing sinks, tubs, and toilets. Communicate politely and professionally with clients when on-site.

What We Are Looking For:

Reliability:

You show up on time, every time.

Stamina:

This is a physical job. You must be comfortable being on your feet, bending, and actively moving for up to 8 hours a day.

Detail-Oriented:

You are the type of person who notices the dust on the baseboards and the streaks on the mirror.

Coachability:

You are willing to learn our specific cleaning systems and take constructive feedback.

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation to travel between job sites in the Rio Rancho/Northern ABQ area, a smartphone for our booking app, and the ability to pass a standard background check. (No heavy lifting of large furniture/appliances required). Why Work With Us?
