The successful incumbent will ensure that all building systems, utilities, and infrastructure are maintained in excellent working condition to support production operations in a high-performance aerospace environment.

salary:

$50,000 - $60,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM - 3:30

PMeducation:

High SchoolResponsibilities Perform routine and corrective maintenance on building systems including: HVAC systems Plumbing systems Electrical distribution and lighting Compressed air systems Structural components, doors, windows, and roofing Conduct facility inspections and perform preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Respond promptly to building maintenance requests and emergency facility issues. Maintain and repair floors, walls, ceilings, and general building infrastructure. Coordinate with outside contractors and service providers when required. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and facility records. Support facility improvement and renovation projects. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, environmental standards, and company safety policies. Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
