Town Tavern Copley 125 Montrose W Ave, Copley, OH 44321 Job Summary Town Tavern Copley is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works efficiently with minimal supervision, and is committed to maintaining high cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize dining areas, restrooms, and common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain all flooring surfaces Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly Clean windows, glass surfaces, doors, and mirrors Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and equipment Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management Complete deep-cleaning projects as assigned Qualifications Previous cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred but not required Ability to work independently and stay organized Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, standing, and walking for extended periods Schedule Part-time or full-time positions available Early morning, daytime, evening, and/or weekend shifts may be available Flexible scheduling based on business needs Benefits Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Employee meal discounts Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within the company About Town Tavern Copley Town Tavern Copley is committed to providing excellent food, drinks, and hospitality in a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
