Our client is seeking a part-time custodian to joing their team! Hours will typicall be Monday through Friday, 4 hours per day. The hours will be day shift hours, possibly mid-morning into early afternoon. Job Duties Performs various manual cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness and appearance of the facility. Cleans inside of building including kitchen facilities, restrooms and fixtures Completes monthly preventative tasks Cleans outside of facility, sweeping, picking up trash and cigarette butts on sidewalks around the outside of the building Sanitizes and cleans bathrooms and keeps restrooms stocked with soap, paper and supplies. Empties wastebaskets and performs other cleaning tasks as needed. Operates vacuum cleaner, floor buffer and other floor and carpet maintenance equipment. Dusts, sweeps and mops floors. Cleans windows and plexiglass around Atrium and stairs Daily trash duties Requirements High School Diploma or GED Knowledge of custodial methods, materials, equipment and supplies. Ability to understand and follow general instructions; maintain good working relationships with associates, supervisors, job contacts and older adults; perform light manual labor for extended periods of time. Climb ladders and ability to push, pull or lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Skill in use of household cleaning chemicals; operation of standard custodial equipment; custodial maintenance.

Pay:

$13.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
