In person Queenan Facility Services is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Day Porter / Commercial Cleaner for a commercial property in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. This is a part-time position with a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM . The Day Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the building throughout the day while providing a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and customers. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is dependable, and can work independently while maintaining professional relationships with building occupants. Key Responsibilities Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms throughout the shift. Maintain lobbies, entrances, hallways, and common areas. Empty trash containers and replace liners as needed. Clean glass doors, interior glass, and high-touch surfaces. Monitor and maintain breakrooms and shared spaces. Respond promptly to spills and other cleaning needs. Perform routine dusting, sweeping, mopping, and spot cleaning. Keep janitorial closets and supplies clean and organized. Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and supply shortages to management. Interact professionally and courteously with building occupants and visitors. Complete assigned cleaning duties according to company standards. Qualifications Required Dependable attendance and punctuality. Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Reliable transportation to the Bryn Mawr location. Ability to work independently and follow cleaning procedures. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Professional appearance, attitude, and communication skills. Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, or day porter experience. Experience working in occupied commercial buildings. Familiarity with cleaning products and basic safety procedures. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, but not required. Compensation & What We Offer $16.00-$17.00 per hour, depending on experience. Consistent Monday through Friday daytime schedule. 20 hours per week. Training and support from an experienced management team. Opportunity for additional assignments as available. Pay:
