In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of our dealership's lot. You will assist with vehicle movement, customer service, and ensure our outdoor space is safe, accessible, and inviting. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a positive first impression for every guest and support the smooth operation of our dealership. Duties Safely move and park new and used vehicles around the dealership lot using standard passenger car operation skills. Assist customers by retrieving or parking their vehicles, providing friendly guest services with a positive attitude. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot, including sweeping, washing vehicles if needed, and ensuring outdoor areas are tidy. Handle heavy lifting tasks such as moving tires, parts, or other dealership equipment efficiently and safely. Process cash transactions related to vehicle services or customer payments accurately while handling cashiering duties. Communicate clearly with team members and guests to coordinate vehicle movements and address customer inquiries professionally. Support delivery drivers by assisting with loading/unloading vehicles or parts as required in outdoor work settings. Experience Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is highly valued for creating a welcoming environment. Dealership or automotive service experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for those eager to learn. Familiarity with standard passenger car operation and driving skills are essential for safe vehicle handling on dealership grounds. Ability to perform manual transmission driving is preferred for versatile vehicle movement tasks. Comfortable with outdoor work environments, including heavy lifting and physical activity throughout the day. Experience with cash handling, retail math, or processing transactions ensures accuracy in cashiering duties. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members are vital for success in this role.
