Cleaner - 1st Shift! Job Description This position involves cleaning out cages where animals previously lived. The role requires individuals to be comfortable working around areas where animals have resided, with no direct interaction with the animals themselves. Key responsibilities include cleaning cages, dumping materials from trays into trash cans, and moving the trash cans out of the building. Responsibilities Clean out cages where animals have lived. Dump material from trays into trash cans. Move trash cans out of the building. Essential Skills Proficiency in cleaning and janitorial duties. Ability to sanitize and maintain cleanliness in an industrial setting. Experience in general labor and housekeeping. Additional Skills & Qualifications Comfortable working in a clean room environment after animals are removed. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work involves cleaning animal cages which may have residual smells from animals and bedding used in the cages. Personal protective equipment including gloves, masks, ear plugs, scrubs, and appropriate footwear will be provided to ensure safety and comfort. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Denver, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
