This position is ideal for someone looking to earn extra income with a flexible schedule while having the opportunity to move into a regular, permanent position on our cleaning crew as one becomes available. Position Details This is an on-call/substitute position primarily used to cover employee call-outs, vacations, and other scheduling needs. Weekly hours are not guaranteed , so applicants should be comfortable with a flexible schedule and occasional short-notice opportunities to work. Our crews typically operate Monday through Friday during two shifts:

Morning:

Approximately 4:30 AM - 8:30

AM Evening:

Approximately 4:30 PM - 8:00 PM You do not necessarily need to be available for every shift, but applicants with greater availability will have more opportunities to pick up hours. Job Description Lee's Commercial Cleaning provides professional commercial cleaning services to a variety of businesses throughout the Bucks County area. We take pride in providing dependable, high-quality service and maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming facilities for our clients. As an on-call crew member, you will work alongside our main cleaning crew and help complete routine commercial cleaning tasks. Responsibilities Emptying trash and replacing liners Vacuuming using a backpack vacuum Sweeping and mopping floors Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms Cleaning common areas, offices, and other commercial spaces Assisting the crew with additional cleaning tasks as needed Following company cleaning procedures and instructions Requirements Prior commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required — training is provided Must be dependable, punctual, and trustworthy Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team Reliable transportation to and from job sites Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks for several hours Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Willingness to work early morning and/or evening hours Opportunity to Grow Our goal is to promote from within whenever possible.
