Job Description

Job Overview Multifaceded cleaning position with flexible hours. Weekly a list of needs is issued with due dates. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of new construction homes Weekly upkeep of all spec homes including interior and exterior appearance Weekly cleaning of two offices Rental Flips as needed Used home cleanings as needed Misc projects as requested

Requirements:

Physical stamina for manual handling tasks including lifting and outdoor work Valid driver license and dependable car that can carry cleaning equipment Ability to pass background check This position is integral to assisting the Sales and Community departments be successful.

Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 25.0 per week
