Position Summary In this role, working under the direction of management, you will establish relationships with clients, clean residential homes and commercial spaces (such as offices, retail units, and facilities), and perform administrative duties when required. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, adaptable to different environments, and dedicated to excellence in cleaning and customer service. Job Requirements Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Positive reference check and background check Ability to travel within 20 miles of the service area Flexibility to work flexible shifts, including occasional evenings or weekends for commercial site accounts ResponsibilitiesCleaning Appointments Clean residential homes and commercial properties, ensuring tasks outlined in client checklists are completed to the highest standards.

Perform general commercial maintenance tasks:

daily/nightly office cleaning, floor care (vacuuming, mopping, sweeping), restroom sanitation, trash removal, and surface disinfection. Work with minimal supervision while maintaining high efficiency and thoroughness. Assess a client's home or business, prioritize tasks, and use good judgment to customize the appointment per the client's instructions or scope of work. Establish positive relationships with homeowners, business owners, and office managers by earning their trust and respect. Deliver the highest quality of customer service possible at every job site. Report to work on time each day and work extra hours when needed. Comply with proper safety policies and procedures (e.g., OSHA guidance, proper handling/dilution of commercial cleaning chemicals, use of personal protective equipment, reporting incidents, etc.). Ensure all equipment and supplies are packed, accounted for, and transported from each appointment (nothing left behind).
