Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our dynamic team! Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces when required Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure a hygienic environment using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment Conduct floor cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain floor care standards Dust surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and appliances to eliminate dust buildup and improve indoor air quality Handle laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items Use janitorial and custodial experience to manage cleaning supplies inventory and maintain equipment functionality Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management preferred Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work experience is highly desirable Ability to implement cleaning procedures adhering to sanitation standards and safety protocols Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes Physical capability for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and other tools of the trade Excellent client communication skills with a friendly attitude towards customers Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks Join us in creating clean, healthy homes where clients feel comfortable and cared for!
