In Person - Royersford, PA 19468 Job Overview We are hiring dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Porters to join our healthcare Environmental Services (EVS) team in Royersford, PA. As a Porter, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. You will be responsible for keeping hallways, lobbies, waiting areas, and other common spaces clean, sanitary, and well-maintained throughout your shift. Available Shifts Choose the shift that best fits your availability: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM — Afternoon/Evening Shift 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM — Overnight Shift Duties and Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of common areas throughout the facility. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean hallways, lobbies, waiting areas, stairwells, elevators, and other shared spaces. Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces, including handrails, door handles, light switches, and shared furniture. Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and dispose of waste according to facility procedures. Monitor common areas and promptly address spills, debris, and potential safety hazards. Restock paper towels, soap, trash liners, and other essential supplies in public restrooms and common areas. Keep cleaning carts, storage closets, and equipment clean, organized, and properly maintained. Follow infection control protocols, sanitation standards, and workplace safety procedures. Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, and safety concerns to the supervisor. Assist the housekeeping and Environmental Services team with additional cleaning duties as needed. Required Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Comfortable working in a healthcare environment with elderly residents. Availability to work one of the listed shifts.
