Sewickley, PA Refresh Cleaning Plus is hiring a dependable evening janitorial cleaner for a preschool and daycare facility. This position involves general cleaning throughout the building to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children, employees, and families. Responsibilities Sweep and mop floors Vacuum carpets and rugs Clean and disinfect desks, tables, and other surfaces Clean and sanitize bathrooms Dust furniture, ledges, and common areas Empty trash and replace liners Clean breakrooms and shared spaces Refill paper products and cleaning supplies Complete other general janitorial duties as needed Schedule This position is Monday through Friday. Cleaning can begin anytime after 6:00 PM but must be completed before 1:00 AM. Qualifications Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but not required Dependable and able to work independently Strong attention to detail Able to follow a cleaning checklist Must have reliable transportation Must be comfortable cleaning bathrooms and working around a preschool/daycare environment Must be able to pass any background screening required by the facility Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and trash bags Ability to safely operate a vacuum, mop, and other basic cleaning equipment We are looking for someone reliable who takes pride in their work and can consistently keep the facility clean and ready for the following day.
