Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of floors, windows, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Conduct janitorial duties such as trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold hygiene standards Assist with custodial tasks including restocking supplies and maintaining cleaning equipment in optimal condition Support floor care activities such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to preserve flooring quality Carry out industrial cleaning tasks in warehouses or manufacturing areas as needed Maintain cleanliness during scheduled shifts while adhering to safety protocols and environmental regulations Collaborate with facilities maintenance teams for minor repairs or reporting larger issues requiring specialized attention Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a focus on commercial or industrial environments Skilled in floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and proper equipment usage Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of cleanliness Experience with residential painting or general facilities maintenance is a plus but not required Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly impact the comfort and safety of countless individuals.
