FLOATER CLEANER

TJ's High Quality Cleaning Services is looking for a dependable and hardworking Floater Cleaner to join our team. Someone who is dependable, hardworking, and takes pride in their work. If you are not a hard worker, this position is not for you. This position will work across both commercial/janitorial accounts and residential move-in/move-out cleanings.

Position Details:

• Part-time — up to 30 hours per week
• Monday-Friday
• Must be available for 1st and 2nd shift
• Weekly pay
• Training pay: $13.50/hour
• After successful training: $15+/hour

Requirements:

• Must pass a background check
• Must have your own reliable transportation to get to and from different job locations
• Must be able to work well as part of a team
• Must be dependable and report to work on time
• Must be able to handle physically demanding work
• Must be flexible and able to work at different locations
• Must be willing to learn and follow company cleaning standards Our residential work primarily consists of move-in/move-out cleanings, which can require detailed and physically demanding cleaning.
