As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a Full-Time Operations Supervisor to help lead daily operations and support our cleaning teams. ⸻ Position Overview As the Operations Supervisor , you will play a key leadership role in supporting our cleaning teams and ensuring smooth daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who has ability to lead people, staying organized, and working in a hands-on but supportive management role. You will oversee a team of approximately 10-15 employees, coordinate schedules, communicate with clients, and work closely with ownership to maintain quality standards. This is a long-term opportunity with room for growth in a company that values reliability, teamwork, and leadership. ⸻ Responsibilities Supervise and manage a staff of 10-15 janitorial employees. Job requires someone able to work both days and evenings. Support company standards Develop and maintain work schedules to ensure client satisfaction. Monitor cleaning operations and enforce company standards. Hire, train, and mentor staff as needed. Maintain strong client relationships with clear communication. Handle day-to-day operations Work directly with ownership for support and guidance Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality guidelines. ⸻ Qualifications Previous supervisory or management experience Required (janitorial, facilities, hospitality, or service-based industries). Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to organize, delegate, and problem-solve effectively. Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
