Part-Time Cleaning Technician Gross Busters LLC is growing, and we're looking to add 1 to 2 reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to our team! These positions are part-time with the potential for full0time hours for the right person if desired. We're looking for someone who: Shows up ready to work Takes pride in their work Has a strong eye for detail Is dependable and punctual Works well independently and as part of a team Treats clients, homes, and busineses with care and respect Maintains a positive and professional attitude

Requirements:

Reliable transportation is required Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Must be able to bend, lift, kneel, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods of time Must be comfortable with repetitive physical activity and consistent movement throughout the workday Professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required Must be willing to travel within assigned service areas in Spartanburg County or Greenville County, though travel to both counties is not required

Compensation:

Starting pay: $15 to $18 per hour depending on experience Opportunity for raises based on performance, growth, and longevity Advancement opportunities available Top pay potential of $20 to $25 per hour as experience and responsibilities increase This is professional cleaning and physical labor in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for team members who are dependable, hardworking, and committed to providing exceptional service to our clients every single day.
