Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Cleaning Lead Girl to oversee and execute cleaning operations across our facilities. This energetic role requires a proactive individual who can lead cleaning teams, ensure high standards of sanitation, and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for managing cleaning schedules, training team members on proper procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help uphold our commitment to cleanliness and safety in all areas. Duties Lead and supervise cleaning staff to ensure timely and thorough completion of daily cleaning tasks Coordinate cleaning staff Train team members on the proper use of cleaning equipment, chemical agents, and safety procedures Handle chemical agents safely, adhering to all chemical handling safety protocols to prevent accidents or contamination Conduct routine inspections to verify cleanliness standards are met and identify areas needing improvement Operate custodial equipment to maintain floors in pristine condition Ensure sanitation standards are upheld in compliance with health regulations and company policies Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, requesting replacements as needed Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience with a strong understanding of residential cleaning procedures Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and staff
