Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all designated areas. Handle cleaning chemicals safely, following proper chemical handling safety procedures to prevent accidents or contamination. Operate cleaning equipment such as scrubbers, and vacuums to maintain floors and surfaces in pristine condition. Conduct sanitation of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health standards and ensure a hygienic environment. Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities, including heavy lifting and manual handling practices. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages promptly. Skills Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, floor care including polishing, and sanitation standards. Ability to handle chemical agents safely while adhering to safety protocol guidelines. Skilled in operating various cleaning equipment such as floor mops, vacuums, and scrubbers. Good customer service skills to interact professionally with staff and visitors when necessary. Knowledge of facilities maintenance tasks including basic repairs and custodial responsibilities in residential or industrial settings.
