Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of floors using floor buffers, scrubbers, and other cleaning equipment to ensure a polished and professional appearance. Conduct custodial tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and surface disinfecting across multiple areas. Assist with heavy lifting tasks while following safe lifting practices to move furniture or equipment as needed. Maintain high standards of sanitation in restrooms, kitchens, and common areas by applying proper cleaning techniques and using appropriate cleaning agents. Support facilities maintenance activities including minor repairs or reporting issues that require specialized attention. Follow all safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and colleagues. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and industrial cleaning tools is advantageous. Knowledge of chemical agent handling safety procedures ensures safe operation during cleaning tasks. Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning environments demonstrates ability to adapt to various facility needs.
