Tosh Farms is seeking a Part-Time Pressure Washer to assist with cleaning and sanitation efforts at our Buena Vista Sow Farm. This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and bio secure environment for our animals and employees. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, working outdoors, and taking pride in keeping facilities clean and well maintained. Schedule Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9-hour shifts Part-Time Pay $17.50 per hour Essential Duties and Responsibilities Pressure wash barns, equipment, and farm facilities Remove dirt, debris, manure, and other materials from designated areas Maintain cleanliness standards to support farm biosecurity Operate pressure washing equipment safely and effectively Follow all safety policies, procedures, and biosecurity requirements Report equipment issues or maintenance concerns to supervisor Maintain an organized and clean work area Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Dependable and self-motivated Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work independently Positive attitude and strong work ethic Commitment to safety and cleanliness Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb as needed Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to push, pull, and move equipment and materials Ability to work in wet, humid, dusty, and outdoor environments Ability to work around livestock and agricultural facilities Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands, arms, and shoulders Part-Time Pressure Washer Buena Vista, TN Rooted in Family.
