Airbnb Turnover Cleaner - Garden City, Utah We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to handle guest turnovers for our vacation rental in Garden City, Utah. This position is focused specifically on cleaning, resetting, and inspecting the home between reservations. Property management and guest communication will be handled separately by the owner. Our home accommodates up to 10 guests and includes multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, a kitchen, living spaces, a movie room, and a garage game area. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands that small details make a significant difference in a guest's experience. Responsibilities Complete thorough turnover cleanings between guest stays Clean and sanitize bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, and common areas Change and prepare all used beds with clean linens Wash, dry, fold, and properly store linens and towels Check dishes, cookware, appliances, cabinets, drawers, and the refrigerator for cleanliness Vacuum and mop floors, including under and around accessible furniture Clean the movie room and reset the garage game area Remove trash and replace trash bags Restock approved guest supplies using the home's inventory Confirm that furniture, décor, remotes, games, and household items are returned to their designated places Check for damage, missing items, maintenance concerns, pests, stains, or anything unusual Complete a detailed photo and video walkthrough after every turnover Submit clear photos of each completed room and a walkthrough video before leaving the property Notify the owner promptly when supplies are running low or when an issue needs attention Follow a detailed property-specific turnover checklist Photo and Video Walkthrough Requirement A completed photo and video walkthrough is required after every turnover. This documentation helps confirm that the home is guest-ready, provides accountability between reservations, and allows maintenance or supply issues to be addressed before the next guest arrives. The walkthrough must be submitted promptly after the cleaning is completed and before the cleaner leaves the property. What We Are Looking For Dependable and able to complete turnovers within the required check-in and checkout window Strong attention to detail Consistent and timely communication Comfortable working independently Willing to follow an established checklist and cleaning standards Comfortable completing and submitting required photo and video documentation Able to identify and report problems rather than overlooking them Available for some weekday, weekend, and holiday turnovers based on the reservation calendar Reliable transportation to Garden City Previous vacation-rental, hotel, or professional cleaning experience is preferred Able to provide at least two professional references Schedule This is a part-time, turnover-based position. The schedule will vary according to bookings, with advance notice provided whenever possible. Most turnovers take place between guest checkout in the morning and afternoon check-in. Because vacation-rental reservations include weekends and holidays, some flexibility will be required. Compensation Compensation will be discussed based on experience, availability, whether laundry is completed on-site, and the expected scope of each turnover. Future responsibilities could include:

Training additional cleaning staff on the property's standards and turnover process Reviewing completed cleanings and walkthrough documentation Helping coordinate cleaning coverage Supporting quality-control inspections Assisting with onboarding new cleaners Serving as the primary cleaning contact for the property Advancement will be based on performance, dependability, attention to detail, and the needs of the property as the cleaning team grows.
