In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, ensuring the smooth movement and organization of vehicles on our lot. Responsibilities Safely move, park, and retrieve vehicles within the dealership lot, ensuring proper placement and organization Assist with vehicle detailing and light cleaning to maintain a professional appearance of all cars on the lot Provide excellent guest services by greeting visitors, answering questions, and directing customers to appropriate departments Process cash transactions for services such as vehicle delivery or parking fees with accuracy and integrity Perform heavy lifting when necessary to move tires, parts, or other dealership equipment safely Conduct outdoor work including yard inspections, fence checks, and ensuring lot security measures are maintained Communicate effectively with team members regarding vehicle status updates and customer requests Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating standard passenger cars is preferred Prior dealership experience or familiarity with automotive service is a plus but not required Strong communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members Ability to perform manual transmission driving and handle outdoor work in various weather conditions Capable of heavy lifting and physical activity throughout the shift Experience with retail math, cash handling, and processing transactions accurately Previous valet parking or delivery driver experience is advantageous but not mandatory Join us in delivering exceptional service while working in a lively environment that values your energy and dedication!
