Performs highly diversified duties to install, repair, remodel and maintain production equipment, vehicles, machines and the facility's fixtures and equipment.
Uses a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
Moves controls to drive lift trucks or carts and transport materials and equipment throughout warehouse and perimeters of facility.
Moves levers and controls that operate lifting devices, such as forklifts, lift beams and swivel-hooks, hoists, and elevating platforms, to perform repair, service and maintenance functions for building and equipment.
Positions lifting devices under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, and boxes, and secure material or products for transport to designated areas.
Responsible for outside yard debris clean-up (all areas of property, docks, etc.).
Performs general plant painting & paint touch-up (inside & outside of facility).
Completes floor taping and painting.
Monitors yard for contractor debris, recycle bin overflow or contamination.
Cleans guard rails throughout the facility.
Replaces batteries in automatic devices throughout facility (commode, air fresheners, soap & alcohol dispensers, etc.).
Cleans overhead exhaust fans, ceiling, air vents, etc.
Cleans and sanitizes trashcans.
Cleans around compactor areas, inside and outside.
Moves furniture, record retention boxes, delivery of copier paper.
Builds wooden crates, pallets, boxes as needed.
Inspects and removes any debris on roof(s).
Reliable attendance at scheduled shifts.
Performs all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards.
Performs all other duties as assigned or needed.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
Experience:
One (1) year related experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Computer Skills:
Basic computer or tablet skills.
Certificates & Licenses:
