The School District of Lomira is seeking a part-time custodian to support the basic maintenance and cleanliness of the Lomira K-12 facility and exterior grounds. Interested candidates should have a strong work ethic, have close attention to detail, demonstrate excellent customer service skills, and be willing to work as part of a collaborative team.

Hours:

Maximum of four (4) hours per day, with additional hours available when school is not in session.

As soon as possible We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualities: Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and organization. Independent worker who can complete tasks with minimal supervision. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to responsibilities. Team player who is adaptable and works well with others. As a Part-Time Custodian, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Carrying out such tasks as:

Dusting Sweeping Mopping Vacuuming Sanitizing bathrooms. Emptying garbage bins Cleaning windows and mirrors. Restocking bathroom supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper). Requirements Possess a positive work ethic Provide excellent customer service to students, staff and community members Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials and equipment required for custodial work Physical ability to perform custodial work including heavy lifting, manual tasks, standing or walking for long periods of time Must be comfortable with heights and performing tasks from lifts and ladders Ability to work independently and with a team Why Join the Lomira School District?
