Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and measuring spices. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during peak hours. Follow food handling guidelines to maintain safety and quality standards. Participate in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes or specials. Assist with catering events as needed.
