Position Overview As a Front of House Team Member , you're the face of Ladybird Taco. You'll craft genuine, personal experiences for every guest — greeting them warmly, taking accurate orders, preparing drinks, and delivering delicious food with heart. You'll report to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager and be empowered to make decisions that enhance each guest's experience. We encourage a "no job too small" mindset — whether it's running food, restocking, or keeping the space spotless. Every role matters here. You'll also be cross-trained across positions to grow your skills and keep the shop running smoothly.
