Duties Prepare and assemble a variety of menu items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and swiftly Manage customer transactions, including cash handling, processing payments, and issuing receipts with precision Provide friendly, attentive service by taking orders, upselling menu items, and answering customer inquiries to enhance their experience Maintain a clean and organized workspace by sanitizing surfaces, managing waste, and adhering to food safety protocols Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including grills, fryers, ovens, and other food preparation tools Uphold sanitation standards through regular cleaning routines like bussing tables, sanitizing utensils, and ensuring compliance with health regulations Requirements Prior experience in food service or quick-service restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing Strong skills in food preparation, handling food safely, and maintaining cleanliness in a fast-paced setting Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously during busy hours Proven customer service skills with an energetic attitude and a focus on creating positive interactions Basic math skills for cash register operations and transaction processing Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely while adhering to sanitation standards Food safety certification or willingness to obtain necessary certifications prior to employment is a plus Join us in bringing great food to life on wheels!
