Job Description

Highly motivated kitchen/Heart of the House (HOH) members needed for day and/or evening shifts.

To prepare, cook, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently.

Part Time - Available to work a minimum of 15 hrs/week and Saturdays. Starting wage $14/hr Full Time - Available to work 40 hrs/week minimum including Saturdays. Starting wage $15/hr Able to quickly and thoroughly complete challenging tasks, while staying focused, for several hours at a time Enjoys and able to work in fast-paced environment Sharing a smile, maintaining eye contact, and speaking with an enthusiastic tone comes naturally Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic Enjoys physical activity and able to work on their feet for several hours at a time Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members Submit to Hot Springs Chick-fil-A and Chick-fil-A leadership, policies, culture and dress code Heart of House Duties Include (but are not limited to): Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times; this includes walls, floors, floorboards, ceiling, hood vents and equipment Work safely with kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Manager on Duty or Kitchen Supervisor Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training Always adhere to proper food quality and monitoring Effectively assemble orders Follow standards for proper presentation of orders Ensure accuracy of orders Communicate effectively with other team members Monitor/prevent waste by following proper tracking Ensure clean and sanitized food contact surfaces Follow required food quality and safety procedures and checks Kitchen team members will be trained in a minimum of four kitchen stations
Pay:
$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
