Kitchen Team Member Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily kitchen operations, ensuring food safety standards are maintained, and contributing to high-volume food production. The ideal candidate will have experience operating kitchen equipment, proficiency in grilling, and a strong commitment to cleanliness and safety. Spanish language skills are a plus to enhance communication within our diverse team. Duties Operate various kitchen equipment efficiently and safely to prepare food items according to established standards. Follow food safety sanitizing procedures diligently to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment. Assist in high-volume food production, ensuring timely and quality service during busy periods. Prepare grilled items with attention to quality and presentation. Support the team in maintaining organization and cleanliness of the kitchen area. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent customer service. Experience Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred, particularly with high-volume production. Hands-on experience operating kitchen equipment is essential. Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitizing procedures is required. Experience with grilling techniques is highly desirable. Spanish language skills are considered a plus. Pay:
