The Team Member supports daily restaurant operations by taking customer orders, preparing food and beverages according to company standards, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and working closely with team members during busy periods. Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service. Take customer orders accurately and assist with menu questions. Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards. Maintain clean and organized workstations, dining areas, and service areas. Follow food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures. Restock ingredients, supplies, and other items as needed. Process customer payments and transactions accurately when assigned. Work effectively and cooperatively with other team members. Help maintain a positive, welcoming, and comfortable café environment. Qualifications Friendly, positive, and professional attitude. Good communication and teamwork skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Ability to follow food preparation and safety procedures. Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is helpful but may not be required. Schedule Part-time and full-time opportunities may be available depending on the location. Schedule availability may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
