Join a team that values creativity, precision, and client satisfaction. The Role We are looking for a junior assistant with strong AutoCAD skills to support our in-house architect. You will turn design concepts into accurate technical drawings, and help projects run smoothly from first concept through installation. Responsibilities Prepare and revise detailed AutoCAD drawings: floor plans, elevations, sections, and cabinetry layouts Convert the architect's sketches, site measurements, and client requirements into precise technical documentation Produce specifications and drawing packages for manufacturers and contractors Keep drawing sets organized, version-controlled, and up to date Assist with project timelines and follow-ups with manufacturers, contractors, and internal teams Support client-facing needs when required, such as preparing presentation drawings and answering technical questions Join site visits and field measurements as needed Qualifications Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (required) 1 to 3 years of experience in architecture, interior design, or kitchen and bath design; recent graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome Solid understanding of technical drawing standards, dimensions, and construction details Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage deadlines and work well in a small, collaborative team Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred) Nice to Have Experience with 2020 Design, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software Knowledge of cabinetry, materials, finishes, and installation processes Experience with luxury residential projects What We Offer A chance to work alongside an experienced architect on high-end residential projects Hands-on training in luxury kitchen design and German-engineered cabinetry A refined showroom environment and a growth path within the company Competitive compensation based on experience
