We are looking for a disciplined, detail-oriented Sushi Helper to support our sushi bar team on weekends, with opportunity to grow into a Sushi Chef role.

Position:

Sushi Helper (Saturday & Sunday required - potential to add more days)

Responsibilities:

Assist sushi chef with mise en place and prep Prepare sushi rice and basic ingredients Portion fish under supervision Maintain cleanliness and organization of sushi bar Follow strict food safety standards Support dinner service execution

Requirements:

Punctual, disciplined, and serious about kitchen work Fast learner with strong attention to detail Able to work in a high-standard, high-expectation environment Prior sushi experience preferred but not required Must be available weekends
