Position Summary At Oroville Chick-fil-A, a Team Member is more than a position on a shift. You help create an environment where guests and Team Members feel cared for, connected, and that they belong. You will serve guests, support your team, execute to Chick-fil-A standards with excellence and continue growing in skill and responsibility. What You'll Do Prepare food on the Chick-fil-A menu with attentiveness, courtesy, urgency, accuracy, and genuine care. Clean, wash and sanitize dishes, machines, floors etc. Follow Chick-fil-A procedures and standards for hospitality, quality, food safety, cleanliness, and workplace safety. Perform assigned tasks and responsibilities with urgency and attention to detail while protecting quality, accuracy, safety, and hospitality. Keep work areas clean, stocked, organized, and ready to serve. Communicate respectfully, support your teammates, and respond positively to changing restaurant needs. Arrive on time, in proper uniform and grooming standards, and ready to work. Receive coaching with maturity, apply feedback, and take ownership of your development.

Compensation & Benefits Pay:

Work Schedule:

This is an hourly role generally expected to work approximately 2-40 hours per week based on business needs. Schedule requirements may include opening, closing, peak periods, weekends, and special events.

Work Environment This position is performed in person at Oroville Chick-fil-A and may include Front of House, Back of House, or cross-training assignments. The restaurant environment or this position may include prolonged standing and walking, reaching, bending, lifting, pushing and carrying 40 pound bags and boxes, repetitive motion, heat, cold, noise, wet surfaces, and cleaning products. Essential functions include performing basic mathematical calculations, memorizing menus, and multi tasking.
