Duties:

• Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their purchases
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Process returns and exchanges according to company policies
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product levels
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations

Skills:

• Strong communication skills in English
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Knowledge of basic math for calculating prices, discounts, and change
