Schedule:

Full time — 5 shifts/week, about 6 hours each (roughly 30-32 hours/week)

Downtown San Anselmo, CA About Project 36 SA is a fast-casual burger concept coming to Downtown San Anselmo this summer — California-style burgers, fries, and shakes. We're building our opening kitchen team. What you'll do Cook to order on the line — grill, fry, and assembly stations during service Build menu items to recipe, portion, and presentation standards Handle prep: portioning, chopping, sauces, and stocking your station Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked through the rush Follow food-safety and sanitation standards; receive and store deliveries What we're looking for Prior line cook, grill, or prep experience preferred Works clean and fast on the line in a busy kitchen Can stand for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable and a strong team player; weekend availability preferred California Food Handler card a plus (or willing to obtain one) How to apply Send your name and a little about yourself to info@thisisthewaygroup.com
