Duties Prepare and assemble burritos and related menu items according to established recipes and quality standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, fryers, and food prep tools Manage food service customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and food safety regulations Handle cash register operations, process retail sales transactions, and manage cash handling responsibilities Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Ensure timely food preparation to meet fast service expectations while maintaining high standards of quality Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food handling, or quick service restaurant environments Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cashiering Strong understanding of food safety management, sanitation practices, and kitchen safety protocols Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to engage positively with guests Basic math skills for cash transactions, change calculation, and inventory management Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively in a fast-paced setting Embark on a flavorful journey with us!
