Your role will involve engaging with customers, preparing food and beverages, and ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable experience. Responsibilities Display a positive and respectful attitude towards team, Manager, Shift leaders and customers Respect each other, and be courteous and sensitive to everyone's needs and concerns. Be accountable for your work Focused on job and task assignments Be willing to help each other instead of displaying an "it's not my job" attitude Ask for help when needed Work safely together as a team Be open to constructive feedback from team and manager without being defensive or negative Be self-motivated and reliable Share ideas for improvement Be cheerful, positive and encouraging to other team members Complete projects within the given timeframe Maintaing a positive work ethic Come to work ready to work seeking ways to support and better the customer experience Follow the dress code Remain professional at all times when communicating with customer and other staff members No foul language No cell phone usage while clocked in for work unless emergency Maintain Cleaning list for opening and closing shifts Represent the organization in a responsible manner Maintain good attendance, by clocking in and out on time Keeping manager updated on availability Helping the manager and shift lead maintain customer flow within the store Completing Individual Task and support the team to complete team task on an everyday basis Follow store and company policies, rules, regulations and procedures when dealing with problems, issues or uncertainties Greeting as soon as they walk in and seating customers accordingly per group size Know the entire menu and being willing and able to help customer make decisions Fair and consistent communication and application of policies (e.g., performance, discipline, conduct) across the team Requirements Experience Kitchen or fryer cook Experience in food service required Customer service is required 18+ Knowledge in food safety practices and procedures. Serve Safe Certificate required (up to date) Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
