Job Overview As an Onigilly Team Member, you will help create an exceptional guest experience by preparing fresh food, serving customers with kindness and energy, maintaining a clean restaurant environment, and working together with your teammates. Every team member is trained across multiple stations so you can develop your skills, understand the entire operation, and have opportunities to grow. We are looking for full time and part time team members. Job Description Create an Amazing Guest Experience Welcome every guest with a friendly and positive attitude Help customers understand our menu and recommend their new favorite items Take orders accurately using our POS system and process payments Answer questions and support phone, online, and catering orders Prepare Fresh, High-Quality Food Learn and master all Onigilly preparation stations including rice shaping, filling, and finishing Prepare menu items consistently using our recipes and standards Wash, cut, cook, and prepare ingredients including rice, vegetables, soups, salads, and toppings Ensure every order looks great and is prepared quickly and accurately Keep Our Restaurant Running Smoothly Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the day Receive deliveries and verify product quality and accuracy Support opening, closing, and daily restaurant procedures Who We Are Looking For We are looking for team members who are: Friendly, reliable, and enjoy helping others Excited about food, hospitality, and teamwork Positive and willing to learn Detail-oriented and take pride in doing things the right way Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Interested in being part of a growing team long term Restaurant experience is helpful, but not required.
