The open position is for a Cafe Associate primarily responsible for the preparation of our food menu offerings who can join and get up to speed quickly.

Responsibilities include:

....taking customer orders and preparing the coffee orders also checking the customers out on the register

• Preparing cold and hot breakfast/lunch sandwiches, salads etc. to customers specifications.
• Follow cooking instructions, safety procedures and sanitary requirements.
• Utilize kitchen equipment and utensils such as knives, small appliances.
• Ensure cleanliness by wiping and clearing food preparation area.
• Knowledge of food allergies and how to properly accommodate.
• Effectively communicate with other team members and management for training, scheduling and resolution of interpersonal issues.
• Professionally interact with customers and calmly handle any complaints or issues.
• Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing provided uniform and adhering to dress code.

Experience :

• 1 year of experience in the food service business

Note:

Applicants with experience in the food service business is preferred but for the right candidate we are willing to invest in additional training
