Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take their food orders accurately using POS system. Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, supporting kitchen operations as needed. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Manage cash register transactions, process payments securely, and handle cash with accuracy during retail sales or food service transactions. Upsell menu items by recommending popular or new products to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Maintain a clean and organized workspace by following sanitation procedures and ensuring all food safety standards are met. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, managing food service orders promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude to engage with guests and team members effectively. Experience with operating kitchen equipment or working in a restaurant, café, or grocery store setting is beneficial.
