Duties Assist with food preparation, including chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients to ensure smooth kitchen operations Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including washing dishes, bussing tables, and sanitizing surfaces Support chefs and cooks with cooking tasks, ensuring food is prepared according to safety standards and recipes Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining hygiene standards in line with food safety regulations Contribute to banquet and event setups by preparing large quantities of food and ensuring timely service Help with inventory management by receiving deliveries, storing supplies properly, and monitoring stock levels Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests from staff and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Kitchen experience involving food preparation, cooking, or catering is advantageous Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper handling techniques is essential Experience working in banquet settings or hotel kitchens can be a plus Strong communication skills are necessary for effective teamwork and guest interactions Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Prior hospitality or culinary experience will help you excel in delivering exceptional service Join us as a vital part of our team where your energy fuels our success!
