In this role, you will be responsible for supporting food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food service, and ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients according to recipes and safety guidelines Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas by cleaning surfaces, utensils, equipment, and floors regularly Support bussing duties by clearing tables, resetting dining areas, and managing waste disposal efficiently Handle manual lifting of supplies, ingredients, and equipment following safe lifting practices to prevent injury Serve food to guests promptly and accurately using proper serving techniques Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and billing Support food running duties by delivering orders from the kitchen to guests quickly and courteously Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with knowledge of food handling procedures Strong understanding of kitchen operations including cleaning, bussing, and food preparation Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during shifts involving manual handling of supplies and equipment Excellent communication skills for effective guest interactions and teamwork Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order management Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Experience with banquet service or large event catering is a plus Demonstrated ability to provide in-person customer service with a friendly attitude Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by bringing your energy, skills, and passion for hospitality!
